Resolution of 2011

Although its a bit late, but it sure does take time for me to set out my resoulution for 2011.

Resolution

1. Win back Kabaddi Open in UNITEN
2. Lose another 17.4 kg
3. Decrease body fat % down to 20% (currently at 30.3)
4. Increase muscle mass
5. Able to Sprint at 16km/h (currently at 12km/h only)
6. Waist size must down to 32 (Previouslt at 42 and now at 37)
7. Buy a new MAc Book Pro
8. Buy a new Liverpool KIT
9. Skip rice and chips for another 1 year(5/11 2nd annisversary)
10. Visit Mt Kinabalu
11. Visit National Park of Malaysia
12. Visit Broga Hill again
13. reunion with every friends that I have.
14. Learn how to read music notes.
15. Finding oppurtunity for enrolling in Master Courses.

Some of the resolution may not look reasonable to many of you all but I have been trying this for more than 14 months already. I may not have the biggest muscle or fittest body or thickest wallet or fancy car or dressing. But I do have a big size of heart to fill in and achieve all of it. Its better if we learn to walk first then later we run. 1 year may look far away but trust me, it will pass smoothly without you guys knowing it.
